Studio errors

When the plugin sees a script error, it can POST the message and source path to Ripple. Those rows appear under Logs.

The next iteration includes the latest errors in the debugger prompt so Ripple can repair the file that actually failed, not a guess.

If Logs is empty, Studio has not reported anything. That is not a fake "all clear" badge — it is an empty table.
